Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Thunder Cleaning Services OKC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, booking, or receiving cleaning services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Thunder Cleaning Services OKC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in and around Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Move-in / Move-out Cleaning
- One-Time Cleaning
- Recurring Scheduled Cleanings
Specific services, pricing, and scope are agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Scheduling & Access
- Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.
- If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.
- Pets must be secured or disclosed in advance.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on the scope of work, property size, condition, and frequency of service.
- Final pricing may change if the actual condition differs significantly from what was disclosed at booking.
- Payment is due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved payment methods disclosed during booking.
- Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Damage & Liability
- Thunder Cleaning Services OKC is insured for general liability.
- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improperly installed or fragile items
- Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, pests, etc.) before service.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe.
- Employees may use standard commercial cleaning products unless otherwise requested.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Remove clutter or request additional services if needed
- Secure valuables and fragile items
- Maintain a safe working environment
9. Recurring Services
- Recurring services may be paused or canceled with proper notice.
- Pricing may change with advance notice.
- Missed recurring appointments are subject to standard cancellation terms.
10. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Thunder Cleaning Services OKC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
